岗位职责 / Duties: 1.理解业务全链路，并通过调研/访谈、数据分析等方式，积极主动发现影响业务团队作业效率的卡点或体验问题，提供产品解决方案； 2.管理产品项目流程，协调销售、产品、技术团队和其他相关部门完成产品功能开发或优化，帮助更高效地达成业务目标； 3.开展产品功能培训和推广，制定全面的产品培训手册，协助销售团队掌握产品使用。
1.Understand the end-to-end business process, proactively identify bottlenecks or experience issues affecting the operational efficiency of business teams through research/interviews, data analysis, etc., and provide product solutions. 2.Manage the product project process, coordinate sales, product, technology teams, and other relevant departments to complete product feature development or optimization, and help achieve business goals more efficiently. 3.Conduct product feature training and promotion, develop comprehensive product training manuals, and assist the sales team in mastering product usage.
