The Opportunity As an MDM Global Process Expert, you'll play a key role in shaping and advancing Opella's global master data strategy. You'll work across business and technology teams to ensure master data is governed, trusted and optimized to support our global operations and long-term growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a data management professional who thrives in a collaborative international environment and enjoys driving governance, improving data quality and influencing strategic decision-making through data. What You'll Be Doing Drive Global Master Data Strategy Support the development, implementation and continuous evolution of Opella's global master data strategy across business domains. Lead Data Governance Excellence Establish and promote master data governance frameworks, standards, policies and best practices across the organization. Improve Data Quality & Integrity Define, monitor and improve data quality metrics, ensuring accurate, consistent and reliable master data. Deliver Business Insights Analyze master data trends and KPIs to generate insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making. Collaborate Across Global Functions Partner with business, IT, analytics and operational teams to align master data initiatives with enterprise objectives. Strengthen Compliance & Data Protection Help ensure data governance practices comply with security, privacy, regulatory and corporate requirements. Drive Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance processes, increase data maturity and improve the effectiveness of master data management capabilities.
What You'll Bring
Key Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Engineering, Economics or a related field. Experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality or Data Management within a complex business environment. Strong understanding of master data governance frameworks, stewardship models and data quality principles.
Experience working with MDM platforms, enterprise systems and data management technologies. Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes. Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages are advantageous.
