Responsibilities

A. IT Helpdesk, Infrastructure & Asset Management (Primary) Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, monitors, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment. Perform user account setup and coordinate system and application access with relevant stakeholders. Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, meeting room equipment, and other end-user technical issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT issues, escalating to external vendors when necessary. Coordinate repairs, warranty claims, preventive maintenance, and servicing for company devices and IT infrastructure. Monitor and coordinate office network infrastructure, including internet connectivity, routers, switches, access points, and ISP performance.

Coordinate the maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV, access control, fingerprint systems, and other office security devices. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, lifecycle records, software licenses, and warranty information. Assign asset barcodes and ensure proper documentation of asset handovers, returns, transfers, and disposals.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing, retrieving, and tracking company devices. Monitor employee device allocation and ensure compliance with company asset policies. B. General Affairs Operations Manage office assets, furniture, office supplies, and inventory. Submit Purchase Requests (PR) for General Affairs and IT-related purchases.

Source vendors, compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor performance. Coordinate office operational services, including internet providers, maintenance, courier services, flowers, pantry supplies, and other operational vendors. Ensure office facilities are properly maintained, safe, and operational at all times.

Support office renovations, relocations, and other operational improvement projects. C. Administrative & Operational Support Collect and submit monthly operational invoices (e.g., Grab, Indi. Home, XL, Deliveree, etc.) to Finance for payment processing. Process business trip allowances and supporting documentation. Maintain complete documentation related to assets, vendors, invoices, contracts, warranties, and operational records.

Prepare periodic reports on IT assets, inventory, operational expenses, vendor performance, and helpdesk activities. Support company operational projects, office events, and other General Affairs initiatives as assigned Requirement & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, IT Operations, General Affairs, or a similar role. Experience managing end-user devices, IT assets, office infrastructure, and employee onboarding/offboarding is preferred. Experience supporting office network infrastructure (internet, Wi-Fi, routers, access points, CCTV, or access control systems) is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, printers, and common office applications. Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, Wi-Fi, printers, and meeting room equipment. Basic understanding of office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, ISP coordination, and internet connectivity.

Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and software licensing. Familiarity with CCTV, biometric/access control systems, and office security infrastructure is preferred. Experience in vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, contract coordination, and service management. Familiarity with Purchase Request (PR), invoice processing, and operational procurement.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
