About the Role
We are looking for a Senior RPA architect Requirements Area Must Have Agentic design
- Shipped, production agentic automation on Ui. Path
- Reasoning / decisioning and dynamic exception routing
- Handles inputs not explicitly scripted IXP / document intelligence
- Document classification and extraction
- Confidence-threshold handling for low-confidence results
- Validates fields (member ID, NPI, ICD-10) before acting Integration & portal resilience
- Resilient selectors that survive portal UI changes
- Retry / recovery on slow, down, or logged-out sessions
- API auth, error handling, idempotency (no double-submit) System write-back
- Accurate read/write to a system of record
- Comfort with structured sources (Excel, DB, worklists) Healthcare domain
- Comfort in a regulated / compliance-sensitive (PHI/PII) environment POD fit
- Owns a workstream end-to-end with light direction
- Flexes across all three workstreams
- Clear documentation and demo communication Validation
- Passes a live technical screen / real code walkthrough Benefits Nice to Have — (entry ticket; no nice-to-have tier)
- Experience with healthcare order documents specifically
- Prior automation of Carelon / Availity or comparable payer portals
- Hands-on Quanum experience
- Prior auth, eligibility, claims, or RCM background
- Prior POD / pooled-delivery experience
- Ui. Path certification
- Portfolio or recorded agentic demo
