People Development (Talent Acquisition Executive)

Job Description Position: People Development (Talent Acquisition Executive) Department: Human Resources Location: Saidapet, Chennai Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Executive – People Development is responsible for supporting the recruitment process and contributing to employee growth initiatives.

This role involves identifying and hiring the right talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience, effective onboarding, and alignment with the organization’s people development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing).
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress in ATS/HR systems.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Onboarding & Induction
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
• Ensure documentation and HR compliance during joining formalities.
• Support employee integration into company culture and values.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and Zoho Recruit /ATS is an advantage. Key Competencies
