Job description
The IT Director, Retail Technology would lead the vision, delivery, and optimization of the company’s retail technology portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role oversees technology solutions that support store operations, omnichannel commerce, customer engagement, supply chain execution, and key business processes, including Point of Sale systems, payment technologies, loyalty platforms, and business integrations.
The IT Director partners with business leaders, vendors, and service providers to align technology initiatives with company objectives, improve operational efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support continued growth.
