Consultant, Talent Management (18‑Month Contract)

As a Consultant, Talent Management, you will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of Vancity’s enterprise talent management programs. This role supports the end‑to‑end execution of core talent processes by translating research, data, and program plans into well‑organized materials, seamless logistics, and positive experiences for leaders and employees.

You will work closely with partners across People & Culture to ensure talent programs are delivered with consistency, accuracy, and care, supporting leader effectiveness and employee development across the organization.
