Job description
As Senior HR Manager, you’ll lead HR operations for HM&M, serving as a key partner to employees and leaders. Your work will shape the employee experience across performance, development, engagement, retention, and compliance. You’ll also lead campus recruiting, including strategy, school partnerships, and execution, with support from two direct reports.
This role calls for strong leadership presence, a people-first mindset, and the ability to balance day-to-day HR priorities with long-term talent strategy.
