Quality Engineer (Ha Tinh, Hai Phong)

Monitor and control product quality during production. Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain quality documents, inspection standards, and control plans. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality concerns.

Support audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality or production quality engineering role. Experience in automotive, electronics, heavy industry, or high-volume manufacturing is preferred.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems. Familiar with quality tools including: 8D 5 Why Fishbone Diagram SPC MSA FMEA Control Plan APQP PPAP Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems is preferred. Experience using quality measurement equipment and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T is an advantage.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of quality analysis tools such as Minitab is a plus. Good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred.
