ACG_3694_JOB Our client is a leading home appliance company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Culinary Demonstration & Brand Experience Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using the company's premium home appliances. Conduct live cooking demonstrations at the showroom and during company events. Develop menus and recipes that effectively showcase the features and benefits of the products. Ensure all food presentations reflect the brand's premium image and quality standards.
- Customer Engagement Welcome and engage with customers visiting the showroom, delivering an exceptional brand experience. Demonstrate product functionality through live cooking sessions. Share cooking techniques, product knowledge, and culinary tips to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Build positive customer relationships and create memorable experiences that strengthen brand affinity.
- Presentation & Events Deliver engaging presentations and culinary storytelling during workshops, product launches, and promotional events. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to support brand campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, media events, and other promotional activities.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience. Strong experience in one or more of the following: Premium Vietnamese Cuisine, Omakase, Fine Dining, Luxury Hospitality. Previous experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, or premium F&B establishments is highly preferred. Strong English communication skills, with the confidence to interact with international customers and stakeholders.
Excellent presentation, public speaking, and storytelling abilities. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create engaging experiences. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about culinary excellence. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment. Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, when supporting events or promotional activities.
