Meat Lead- Store 11 Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY

To effectively direct and supervise all activities of the carniceria’s department production areas and personnel. As the lead you will oversee the production, quality, presentation, and department standards of the department’s production areas. Your goal will be to maintain an organized production schedule as well as effective inventory levels of all products produced and sold.

You will be responsible for managing production windows and adhering to all recipes and processes for all products. On the people side, you will create and maintain a motivating and issue-free environment for all personnel in the production areas as well as manage their day to day duties.
