Job description
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of clinical operations within the Hospice program. This position provides leadership, supervision, and support to an interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care in compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies.
The Clinical Manager promotes clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
