- Maintain data warehousing and further development of the information systems
- Conduct query and retrieve data stored in data warehouse or other corporate information system and database
- Identify data needed for strategic and/or accreditation purposes, or other purposes
- Coordinate with other departments or units in collecting and maintaining the data needed
- Maintain and update data (daily or periodically) required for further analysis in BINUS University
- Keep track of the overall progress result on Institutional target
- Implement effective data gathering method within BINUS University
- Participate in the development of statistical analysis, interpretation and reporting procedures for strategic planning & execution, or other purposes
- Ensure effective implementation of analyzing and presenting the data in various formats for the use of other departments and BINUS University
- Participate in action plans development related to improvement process of University ranking
- Participate in annual / periodic reviews and planning workshops and assist direct supervisor in preparing relevant reports Management Support Activities : o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Education
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Work Experience :
