Senior Accounting Specialist / Controller

• WFO Full Time US: 8 PM - 4 AM IST 8+ years of experience Key Responsibilities:
• Leads the comprehensive Accounting function and supervises the following roles: o Cost Accountant o Accounts Receivable Specialist o Accounts Payable Specialist
• Maintains ownership of and accountability for the Company’s books and records
• Manages treasury operations (pays the bills, liaises with bank treasury function)
• Manages the monthly closing process and the annual financial statement audit
• Computes monthly variable compensation for sales force
• Provides custodial oversight of the Company’s assets
• Provides sales reporting to the field
• Performs ad hoc financial analysis as requested
• Supports HR / PEO escalations as required Core Competencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• SAGE ERP Experience is must
• CMA / CA Qualified pref
• CPA Pref
• MBA Finance a plus
• Produces high quality work
