Project Sales Manager (Infrastructure)
Job description
ACG_3697_JOB Our client is a leading construction material manufacturer who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Specification/Spec-in Plan and implement spec-in activities for the Company’s products and solutions in infrastructure projects, including metro and railway projects, airports and seaports, power plants, petrochemical refineries, renewable energy projects such as wind power and waste-to-energy, expressways, bridges and tunnels, water supply and drainage infrastructure, wastewater treatment, and telecommunications infrastructure.
Work directly with project owners and design consultants. Propose suitable technical solutions for waterproofing, flooring systems, structural repair and reinforcement, structural protection, technical mortars, specialized finishing materials, concrete, and admixtures. Follow projects from the concept stage through basic design, technical design, and bidding documentation to ensure that the Company’s products are included in the specifications and Bill of Quantities Sales and Business Development Proactively search for, identify, and develop business opportunities in infrastructure projects through project hunting.
Build and manage the project sales pipeline, including developing, expanding, and managing project opportunities, forecasting sales, and monitoring project progress. Work with general contractors, subcontractors, and distributors involved in the projects. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract conditions. Convert and protect specifications that have been included in the design into actual supply opportunities.
Ensure revenue achievement and debt collection in accordance with assigned responsibilities. Key Account and Market Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with project owners, major design firms, EPC contractors, and contractors in the infrastructure sector. Participate in technical seminars, industry events, and project roadshows.
Stay updated on new material trends, technical standards, and infrastructure regulations. Coordinate with the Marketing and Technical teams in organizing seminars, technical training sessions, and solution trials or demonstrations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials, Bridge and Road Engineering, or other related disciplines. Experience Minimum of five years of experience in the infrastructure sector and/or construction chemicals industry, with experience in roles such as Specification, Project Sales, Technical Consulting, Technical Specialist, or Project Management.
Experience working with design consultants, project owners, and major infrastructure contractors. Knowledge Solid understanding of construction principles, construction methods, and practical application techniques. Knowledge of waterproofing and flooring systems. Knowledge of structural repair and protection is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of concrete admixtures. Skills Proactive, decisive, and result-oriented in work. Ability to combine technical advisory capability, solution-selling mindset, and commercial thinking. Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with partners. Persistent, disciplined, and confident.
