Job description

ROLE PURPOSE The TA Systems & Technology Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for owning the full technology ecosystem that powers Allied Global's recruiting function. This role bridges data science, systems administration, AI enablement, and vendor management to ensure that the TA team recruits faster, smarter, and with greater compliance.

The ideal candidate combines deep ATS expertise with a hands-on approach to automation, analytics, and emerging AI tooling in talent acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ATS Administration & Optimization

  • Own end-to-end administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Allied Global's ATS (current evaluation includes Pandapé and complementary platforms).
  • Build and maintain requisition workflows, approval routing, pipeline stages, and disposition codes aligned to regional compliance requirements.
  • Drive ATS adoption across all sites and accounts; design training programs for TA coordinators and hiring managers.
  • Manage ATS integrations with job boards (Computrabajo, LinkedIn, Indeed) and assessment vendors. TA Analytics, Metrics & Compliance
  • Own the TA metrics framework including requisition compliance, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pre-training attrition, and cost-per-hire.
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) enabling real-time visibility for VP TA, COO, and site-level stakeholders.
  • Define and track the requisition compliance WIG (currently targeting 95% binary pass/fail by December 2026).
  • Produce monthly and quarterly TA performance reports for leadership review.
  • Ensure data integrity across ATS, HRIS, and payroll system touchpoints. Vendor Management & Technology Evaluation
  • Lead RFP, pilot, and selection processes for TA technology vendors including assessments, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and contract negotiations for all TA technology.
  • Evaluate and recommend complementary tools for spoken-English assessment (e.g., Versant, Harver) to augment ATS capabilities for bilingual roles.
  • Maintain a technology roadmap aligned to Allied Global's TA hiring volume growth. Automation & AI Tooling for TA
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across the full recruiting lifecycle: job posting, candidate screening, scheduling, communications, and reporting.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered tools for candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and ranking — with a focus on bilingual (English/Spanish) BPO talent pools in LATAM.
  • Partner with internal tech teams or external vendors to build n8n / Make / API-driven automation workflows that reduce recruiter administrative burden.
  • Stay current on emerging AI TA tools and serve as the internal subject matter expert on responsible AI use in recruiting.
  • Pilot and evaluate generative AI applications for job description optimization, candidate communications, and interview question libraries. Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with HRIS, IT, and Finance to ensure system integrations, data governance, and budget alignment.
  • Collaborate with site TA leaders across GT, HN, COL, and PE to standardize processes while accommodating local regulatory requirements.
  • Support the VP TA in building business cases for technology investments.

QUALIFICATIONS

& EXPERIENCE Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, or TA Operations — ideally within a BPO, contact center, or high-volume hiring environment.
  • Hands-on ATS administration experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building TA dashboards and reporting frameworks using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record implementing workflow automation using tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or custom API integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML applications in talent acquisition (AI sourcing, automated screening, predictive analytics).
  • Bilingual: professional-level fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing external technology vendors, including contract and SLA oversight.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to data quality and compliance. Preferred
  • Experience in LATAM BPO or contact center recruitment (Guatemala, Colombia, Honduras, Peru markets).
  • Knowledge of bilingual assessment tools: Versant, Harver, e. Skill, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Computrabajo, LinkedIn Recruiter, and regional job board integrations.
  • Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or COPC).
  • Experience working in a multi-country, multi-site TA environment.
  • Exposure to HRIS platforms (SAP Success. Factors, Workday HCM, or similar).
