Western National Property Management is looking to fill a Live On-Site Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Community Manager position @ Fairbanks Square Apartment Homes, 100-units located in San Diego, CA. The Community Manager is responsible for the financial operations of the community. Optimize net operating income through strict adherence of WNPM’s policies and procedures as well as assisting the Regional Manager with property operations as assigned. Carry out the goals and objectives of the owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community.
