Youth Outreach Settlement Worker (12-Month Term)

The Youth Outreach Settlement Worker supports the successful settlement of vulnerable and multi-barriered newcomer youth, ages 13-24. Through an integrated, holistic, and client-centered case-management approach, the Youth Outreach Settlement Worker supports the diverse needs of newcomer youth to gain the capacity and skills to navigate various spheres of life including education, employment, mental health, and family.

The Youth Outreach Settlement Worker is preferably fluent in a second language and will provide individual outreach support, in-depth assessment and one-to-one and group work based on youth-identified needs.
