Finance Supervisor/ Manager

The Finance Supervisor/ Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role manages accounting operations, including ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and internal control policies.

The Finance Manager monitors cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks to safeguard company assets, and prepares financial reports, insights, and recommendations for senior management. In addition, this role leads and mentors the finance team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and continuous professional development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Finance or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA is an advantage. Experience in the Maritime, Marine, or Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent financial analysis and strategic thinking abilities. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to work independently with self-initiative and effectively lead a team.
