FINANCE MANAGER CA(SA)

• STELLENBOSCH AREA, CPT STRATEGIC ROLE IN A MULTI-SECTOR BUSINESS An established and growing South African group is seeking to appoint a Financial Manager to join its finance leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a business that operates across multiple sectors including property assets, production and premium lifestyle operations, creating a complex and commercially engaging financial environment. The role will suit a CA(SA) with strong property sector experience who enjoys working close to the business and supporting operational leadership with financial insight and discipline. You will be part of a high-performing finance team and play a key role in ensuring strong financial governance across a diverse portfolio of operations. This position offers exposure well beyond traditional reporting, allowing the successful candidate to contribute to financial strategy, operational performance and long-term business growth within a dynamic and evolving organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting across multiple entities Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes and ensure accuracy of financial information Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and compliance standards Provide commercial financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions Partner with leadership to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities Assist with financial planning, cash flow management and investment analysis Work closely with operational teams to ensure financial discipline and efficiency Requirements CA(SA) qualification (essential) Minimum 2 years post-articles experience Strong property / real estate sector experience (essential) Manufacturing exposure would be a significant advantage Strong technical accounting and financial reporting capability Commercial mindset with the ability to operate in a growing and dynamic environment High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability Benefits Why This Role Stands Out Broad industry exposure – Gain experience across property assets, operational businesses and production environments within one organisation.
