- Managing financial Statements
- Managing Cash Flow, Fund Flow
- Managing Bank Borrowings & other loans
- Investor relations management
- Accounts team management
- Ensuring all statutory compliances of direct, indirect taxes
- Responsible for auditor co-ordination & resolving the issues
- Accounting process development
- Keeping control on cost
- Overseeing plant related fund flow, cash flow in tune with plant finance head
- Business planning, MIS & related assistance to management
