WHAT YOU WILL DO
Fraud check of orders and handling of all customer-related payments/refunds Monitoring and tracking of fraudulent orders, 2nd level support for payment-related requests International fraud management: identification, analysis and assessment of suspicious fraud patterns Chargeback/dispute handling and documentation Close collaboration with different departments involved in the process (e.
g. Customer Care, Returns, Accounting and IT) WHO YOU ARE Completed commercial education (First) experience in payment, fraud or e-commerce and ideally, experience in processes and handling of chargebacks and disputes Understanding of processes and interests regarding international payment methods Individual initiative and hands-on mindset Reliability and foresighted thinking Enjoying teamwork and willingness to take responsibility Conscientiousness in the handling of customer data Very good level of English (spoken and written) Profound knowledge of MS Office WHAT WE OFFER Up to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days Mobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting) 10 days/year of mobi le office abroad in EU-countries (job and position permitting) Language & e-learning courses Staff discount of up to 30% Company pension scheme Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms Access to LinkedIn Learning Individual support on mental health & well-being (e.
