Senior Logistics Coordinator (1-year Contract)

Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements. Monitor and schedule machine movements from warehouses with transporters. Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipping, logistics, and goods movement. Track delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status.

Identify and resolve logistics or delivery issues in coordination with relevant teams. Ensure proper record keeping and timely updates of logistics activities.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification. Experience with logistics coordination (Land Transportation) Proficient in AutoCount, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Prior experience in logistics, coordination, or administrative work will be an added advantage.
