This is a community based role, so it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence with access to their own reliable vehicle. Hours: Full-Time, including alternate weekends ( Part-time positions also available for weekend hours).

As a Care Assistant, you will provide tailored support based on individual needs, including: Companionship and emotional support Assistance with outings such as appointments, day centres, and social activities Meal preparation and nutritional support Medication assistance Dementia care Personal care and continence support Light domestic tasks End of life care Essential Requirements
