Required Skills
& Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development. Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, Power Automate Experience with Microsoft Fabric and its components. Familiarity with SQL, Azure Synapse, and cloud data architecture.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Developing structured plans for procurement automation projects Ability to ensure data quality, execute data strategies, and maintain accurate procurement records. Experience in managing small teams or projects & lead them end to end. Ability to guide junior analysts and coordinate with procurement teams Skill in analyzing market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities Identifying inefficiencies and proposing structured solutions and drive projects.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and business needs. Strong business acumen with a proactive, results oriented mindset. Added Advantage: Understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate capabilities and use cases. Awareness of operations and manufacturing processes and KPIs. Ability to translate domain-specific requirements into effective BI solutions.
