Job description
The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guests enjoy a safe, clean, and relaxing experience while using the hotel pool and recreational areas. This role includes maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area, providing excellent guest service, monitoring poolside activities, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.
The Pool Attendant is also responsible for setting up poolside equipment, replenishing towels and amenities, and assisting guests with any pool-related needs. The position requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
