岗位职责 / Duties:

1. 负责商家自营销指标运营相关的的策略产出和运营工作。Responsible for strategy development and operational execution related to merchant self-marketing performance metrics.

2. 了解行业内通用产品解决方法，洞察商家需求，推进商家营销工具的产出和持续的产品功能优化。Understand industry-standard product solutions, gain insights into merchant needs, and drive the development of merchant marketing tools along with continuous product feature optimization.

3. 建立日常运营机制，不断提升相关产品的使用量和使用效果。Establish daily operation mechanisms to continuously improve the usage and effectiveness of related products.
