Recruit. Net International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care. We are hiring Social Care Worker – Residential Services for a Community Based Organization in Dublin, Ireland. Contract: Specified Purpose Hours: 35 hours per week, worked over 7 days, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers Salary: €38,333–€55,244 (FTE).
Actual salary will be paid on a pro rata basis based on 35 hours per week, excluding premiums for evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Location: Rush, Co. Dublin Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities. Support individuals in developing daily living skills and achieving personal development goals.
Promote independence, choice, dignity, and active community inclusion. Work collaboratively as part of a professional residential care team. Ensure services are delivered in line with HIQA Standards and the organisation’s values and policies.
Requirements
CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential). QQI Level 7 or Level 8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline, and/or significant relevant experience leading to CORU registration. Full, clean manual driving licence (essential). Experience working in disability services and/or residential care settings. A good working knowledge of HIQA Standards.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
