Job description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to oversee branch operations and lead a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will drive logbook loan sales, ensure compliance with company policies, and support team development to achieve branch targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Oversee day-to-day branch operations while leading and supporting a team to drive logbook loan sales. -Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs -Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements -Coach team members through daily follow-ups, meetings, and performance reviews -Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly -Grow the branch portfolio -Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports -Support onboarding and training of new team members -Oversee day-to-day branch operations while leading and supporting a team to drive logbook loan sales.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION -Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field - 2-3 years experience in logbook loans or microfinance -Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and sales abilities -Result-oriented and target driven -High integrity and good knowledge of loan recovery processes
