An established Pan-African real estate and development group is seeking an experienced South African Quantity Surveyor with strong Project Management experience to oversee the development of luxury eco-lodges in Kenya for a 2 year contract. This is a unique opportunity to combine your commercial expertise with hands-on project leadership while working on a high-profile hospitality project in one of Africa's most breathtaking destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Full Quantity Surveying functions from project inception to completion Cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration Project management and coordination of contractors, consultants, and suppliers Monitoring project schedules, quality standards, and financial performance Site visits and stakeholder management Risk management and reporting to senior leadership Requirements Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying Proven experience in construction project management Hospitality, lodge, resort, or large-scale property development experience highly advantageous Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex projects Willingness to travel and work on-site in Kenya What's on Offer?
