Adjunct Instructor/Program Director – Lactation Education

The Program Director / Instructor (PD/Instructor) for the Lactation Education Program (LEP2) is responsible for the development, implementation, instruction, and continuous improvement of CDU’s lactation education and certification program. This role integrates program leadership, curriculum development, accreditation oversight, and teaching responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, evidence-based educational experience.

The PD/Instructor leads program operations in alignment with accreditation standards (LEAARC, IBLCE, CAAHEP, WASC, CEPH) and supports CDU’s mission to advance health equity and serve medically underserved communities.
