About Empire Bakery Commissary
We produce case ready cakes, cookies and single serve desserts for traditional retailers. We implement custom programs for our customers - their suppliers, their designs, their packaging, their labels. We operate from a 75,000 sq foot facility with 2,800 frozen pallet positions and is SQF 2 and Kosher certified. Our Mission: To make memories by creating hand-decorated cakes and desserts for every occasion and to be an employer of choice that attracts, retains, and rewards the best team members.
