About Last Energy

Last Energy seeks a People Operations Lead to own the systems and processes that support our employees across their full lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. This role will serve as the primary owner of HRIS administration, benefits, performance process infrastructure, and employee experience. This role will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to build scalable people processes, ensure compliance, and maintain a strong employee experience as the company grows.
