About Perennial Properties

Founded in 1988, Perennial Properties is an Atlanta based mixed-use commercial development firm that specializes in high-end urban apartment projects with street level retail. At Perennial Properties, we’re not satisfied with status quo, we are active participants in challenging the way we design, develop and manage. Our commitment to creating a life-style synergy for our residents and commercial tenants is made possible through our mission, “to provide the best community living for each and every one of our residents”. At Perennial Properties we know the success of our associates only furthers the success our company. That is why we offer on-going internal training and encourage all associates to continue education in their field through universities and the local apartment association. We work hard to ensure our employees will have a work environment that allows equal opportunity for learning and personal growth. Our employees will be provided the same concern, respect and caring attitude within the organization that they are expected to share externally with every Perennial Properties customer.
