About Premier Orthodontics

Premier Orthodontics is a seven-practice orthodontic practice in the Phoenix, AZ area. Originally founded by brothers Dr. Dustin and Tyler Coles, Premier Orthodontics to date has now successfully treated over 15,000 patients with 5-star ratings at all seven of our locations. The doctors of Premier Orthodontics have lectured to groups of several thousand orthodontic professionals and their staff members, hailing from all over the United States and from several different countries about their vision on outstanding patient care, advancing the profession of orthodontics, and supporting the community. The smile specialists of Premier Orthodontics were recipients of the Invisalign Case Shootout Award and were named the Top Invisalign Provider in 2016. They are regarded among the Top 1% of Invisalign Providers worldwide. Premier Orthodontics donates over $600,000 of free orthodontic care each year through the Smiles Change Lives Foundation to Arizona children who are unable to afford treatment. They were awarded the "Gini Award" from the Smiles Change Lives Foundation in recognition of their dedication to helping children in Arizona receive orthodontic care. Premier Orthodontics understands the importance of making a perfect smile attainable. Their entire approach is based on how they would treat their closest and dearest friend. That includes fair, reasonable, and fully transparent fees with convenient financing if needed. Their approach also includes not compromising, sacrificing, or taking shortcuts just to shave a bit off of the price. With locations in Chandler/Gilbert, Maricopa, Casa Grande, Central Phoenix, North Phoenix, Glendale, and Carefree Arizona they have been able to help over 15,000 happy patients smile with confidence.
