About Pure Joy Pediatrics
Pure Joy Pediatrics is a general pediatric practice in Portland, OR, founded in 2022 by Dr. Kirin Palmer. Dr. Palmer built this practice on a single conviction: the relationship between a physician and a family is worth protecting. After two decades in pediatrics, hospital medicine, house calls, urgent care, and emergency medicine, Dr. Palmer saw what happens when that relationship gets crowded out by volume, pressure, and systems that weren’t built with families in mind. So, she built something different.
