While working with Carter Motor Company on a motor application in late 2019, the Orchid and Carter teams built a relationship that became the fusion of the two companies. This partnership allows Carter to manufacture motors and subassemblies with in-house raw materials, innovate and design new applications with the increased and enhanced engineering team, and ensure customers have a motor-buying experience that is second to none. We've worked with several high-profile companies for those applications that demand precision-engineered solutions, robust manufacturing disciplines, and rigid quality practices. Engineering capabilities include engineered manufacturing solutions, design/build of high-speed carbide tools, precision testing, validation capabilities, comprehensive program management, prototype services, and development engineering.
