Votre Mission En tant que Senior Data Analyst au sein de l’équipe Omnicommerce, vous pilotez la connaissance stratégique de la Performance et de l’Expérience Client : vous allez chercher la donnée, la faites parler (storytelling) et challengez l'écosystème pour orienter les décisions business.

Vous prenez le lead sur des projets majeurs, tels que les suivants : Expérience Client (CX) : Analyse de la Customer Journey, mesure du NPS, revue des verbatims et des irritants clients. Générosité 360 : Modélisation et analyse de la valeur de nos investissements prix (remises, opérations commerciales, fidélité). Business Partnering : Accompagnement et animation des différents leaders de piliers Omnicommerce (Pricing, Customer Care...)

Votre Profil Pour ce poste stratégique, nous recherchons un profil complet alliant forte technicité et excellent relationnel : Hard Skills : Maîtrise indispensable de SQL (niveau avancé), de Power BI (incluant le langage DAX et la modélisation de données) et notions de Python. Soft Skills : Un excellent niveau de communication et de sociabilité.

Vous savez vulgariser des données complexes, présenter avec impact et embarquer les équipes métiers. Expérience : Profil Senior (au moins 6 ans d’expérience) issu du conseil, de la performance, du e-commerce ou du retail. La connaissance spécifique de l’Omnicommerce (Commerce In-Store et Online, connaissance client…) est un plus, mais pas un prérequis : nous vous accompagnerons sur le métier !

Your Mission As a Senior Data Analyst within the Omnicommerce team, you will drive the strategic understanding of Performance and Customer Experience: you will retrieve data, make it speak (storytelling), and challenge the ecosystem to guide business decisions.

You will take the lead on major projects, including: Customer Experience (CX): Customer Journey analysis, NPS measurement, review of customer verbatims and pain points. 360° Generosity: Modeling and analysis of the value of our price investments (discounts, commercial operations, loyalty programs). Business Partnering: Supporting and leading the various Omnicommerce pillar leaders (Pricing, Customer Care, etc.)

Your Profile

For this strategic role, we are looking for a well-rounded profile combining strong technical skills with excellent interpersonal abilities: Hard Skills: Essential mastery of SQL (advanced level), Power BI (including DAX language and data modeling), and basic knowledge of Python. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and social skills.

You know how to popularize complex data, present with impact, and engage business teams. Experience: Senior profile (at least 6 years of experience) coming from consulting, performance management, e-commerce, or retail. Specific knowledge of Omnicommerce (In-Store and Online retail, customer knowledge, etc.) is a plus but not a prerequisite: we will support your onboarding on the business side!
