Our priority is to make sure we hire safe labors that care about the safety of our customers and team members. As a laborer with us the minimum responsibilities are: Manual labor including paper picking, keeping site clean and presentable. Perform yard work including cutting weeds. Install temporary wind fences as required.

Perform general office maintenance and repairs including painting and janitorial work. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues.

What we need from you: One year of stable employment history in a similar environment. Ability to work schedule in all weather conditions Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
