HR Supervisor

HR Supervisor Role Overview: The HR Supervisor will play a key role in expanding the Jakarta team as well as supporting the company's rapidly growing Tik. Tok e-commerce operations in Indonesia. You’ll be at the heart of building and shaping a high-performing team, working closely with leadership to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end HR functions, from hiring to employee management ● Drive recruitment strategy & execution for key roles such as Live Streaming Manager, KOL Supervisor, Content Operations Lead, Tik. Tok Manager, and other e-commerce roles ● Oversee full-cycle HR operations: talent acquisition, payroll, performance management & employee relations ● Develop and implement HR policies & processes aligned with local regulations and company culture ● Support Jakarta office expansion, including team structuring and workforce planning ● Partner with leadership on organizational development & scaling strategy Requirements: Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field. - 4–6 years of HR experience, covering recruitment, compensation, and HR operations.
• Strong experience hiring within the e-commerce sector (e.g., Tik. Tok, Shopee).
• Proven track record of hiring for roles such as Live Stream Leads, KOL Managers, and Content Operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading HR or administrative teams.
• Background as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or agency recruiter.
