Business Development Manager

Singularity Venture Hub (SVH) is a global Web3 investment and venture hub working across crypto, on-chain treasury management and strategic ventures. We partner with founders, protocols, DAOs and sophisticated capital allocators to build, deploy and manage capital in the digital asset ecosystem. Our Treasury arm focuses on helping Web3 teams and partners manage and grow their on-chain and off-chain treasuries in a thoughtful, risk-aware way.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our Treasury Management arm. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role focused on building partnerships across the Web3 ecosystem. You will work closely with trading, investment and risk teams to source and structure treasury solutions for crypto-native clients.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how crypto teams think about treasury, speaks confidently the language of Web3 and is comfortable operating in fast-moving, trust-based environments.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with founders, DAOs, protocols, funds and ecosystem partners Source new crypto treasury opportunities and partnerships Understand how Web3 teams manage capital and translate needs into practical treasury solutions Support onboarding and ongoing management of treasury mandates Own conversations from first intro through execution Represent SVH at Web3 events, meetups and conferences Share market insights to help shape treasury strategy and offerings Requirements: Experience in business development, partnerships or ecosystem roles within crypto or Web3 Solid understanding of crypto treasury basics: liquidity, yield, risk and counterparties Comfort working with founders, DAOs and crypto-native teams Strong communication skills and sound judgment Self-driven and comfortable in a remote-first setup Based in Switzerland and closely connected to the local and broader Web3 ecosystems Fluent in English; French is a plus What We Offer: A visible role in a growing Web3 treasury platform shaping a core business line at SVH Exposure to advanced digital asset treasury strategies Competitive compensation aligned with impact Flexible working arrangements, remote-first Trust-based culture with clear expectations Occasional travel for events and offsites Please apply with your detailed, updated CV in English.
