Recognizing the pivotal role of study participants, NZCR prioritizes their safety and comfort through detailed study information, expert clinical care, and comprehensive support services.
The Role Permanent, Part-Time 24 hours per week 0.6 FTE Assist nursing staff with clinical procedures including vital signs, ECGs, and urinalysis per study protocols. Enter accurate real-time data into participant records and ensure quality control measures. Complete tasks promptly within protocol deadlines. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in ward areas.
Deliver standardised meals to participants, adhering to dietary restrictions. Support senior nursing staff and perform additional tasks as directed. Adhere to NZCR Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Working Procedures consistently. Skills and Experience Demonstrated training or experience in a related field.
Self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of working independently. Proficient in following defined processes. Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and pressure. Excellent time management abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and participants.
Professional and personable communication skills. Ability to follow directions promptly and accurately. Healthcare specific experience would be beneficial.
