Associate Director – Planning London | £66,000–£83,000 plus bonus A leading property advisory business is looking to strengthen its planning offer in London. The successful Associate Director – Planning will work with clients across a broad commercial and development portfolio. You will be given a live workload, sensible support and the freedom to build trusted client relationships. Day-to-day Prepare clear planning appraisals, statements and strategic advice. Manage planning applications and coordinate technical inputs. Maintain regular, professional communication with clients and project teams.

Negotiate constructively with local planning authorities and other stakeholders. Review work produced by junior colleagues and support their development. Contribute to fee proposals, client development and the commercial management of projects.

About you

Mrtpi; london major application experience; commercial acumen and work-winning capability. You should also be organised, dependable and able to explain planning issues in straightforward language. The business is interested in people who value good advice and long-term client relationships rather than unnecessary internal politics.
