Cleaning Technician - Porter Services

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant environment for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.

We operate 7 days a week, and working hours are flexible to accommodate different schedules.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Empty trash and replace garbage bags as needed. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Provide exceptional customer service. Working Hours: Flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. We operate seven days a week to accommodate client needs.

Compensation

W2 Employee: $16 per hour. Subcontractor: $18 per hour.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team. Reliable, punctual and efficient with a strong work ethic. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
