Job description
We at Truviq, are seeking an experienced and outstanding PEGA developers to design, develop & manage applications using PEGA technology. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment of large-scale Pega projects. This may involve developing BPM applications, integrating web services, designing data models and frameworks, and collating business analysis requirements.
To ensure success as a Pega developer, you should have advanced knowledge of Pega Class Hierarchy, experience with Java-based applications, and high-level project management skills. A top-level Pega developer understands the needs of the company and designs scalable applications to improve process management. Extended skill sets are welcome and encouraged.
Requirements
You are a highly technical hands on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems. BS Degree with at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions. Excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate Willingness to go the extra mile Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example Capacity to work in teams as well as alone Capacity to lead technical team Ability to match technology solutions to customer needs What You've Accomplished: You’ve built and implemented model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications.
You’ve led end-to-end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution. You’ve been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational data bases and integration techniques. You’ve demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
You’ve delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Application Design & Development Lead the analysis, design, and development of Pega applications using Constellation architecture. Design case types, data models, class structures, and workflows aligned with enterprise standards. Develop scalable and reusable components following Pega guardrails and best practices. Pega Constellation Implementation Build UI components and case management applications using Pega Constellation framework.
Configure views, fields, and UI components in Constellation architecture. Implement modern UI capabilities and reusable design patterns within Constellation. Integration & Configuration Integrate Pega applications with external systems and databases using REST/SOAP services. Configure data pages, decision rules, and integration layers for seamless data exchange.
Solution Delivery Participate in end-to-end delivery of medium to large components within enterprise-level solutions. Work in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality releases within timelines. Team Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and QA teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and conduct code reviews. Security & Compliance Implement application security models and access control mechanisms. Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and enterprise security standards.
