Building Maintenance Technician

General Statement of Duties This position provides support in coordinating contracted custodial services of City buildings, inspecting City facilities for preventive or unscheduled maintenance, stocking supplies, and performing a variety of skilled manual labor on city structures, facilities, and grounds.   Distinguishing Features of the Class Employees in this class perform skilled manual work to provide safe and attractive structures, facilities, and grounds for city residents.
