Job description
The Maintenance Lead repairs, maintains and rebuilds machines, as well as the overall facility as needed. Performs preventative maintenance duties as assigned and responds to breakdowns in a professional and timely manner. Responsible for task assignment and ensuring the team of maintenance personnel has proper tools and materials to complete tasks and safety huddles.
Advises supervisor/manager of any issues pertaining to operation of machinery and equipment. Respond to maintenance issues in a professional and timely manner. Assist with all aspects of facility maintenance.
