Intern

The Agency Intern will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to accelerate go‑to‑market activities, including hunting for new talent, scheduling and preparing for meetings with existing IMDs, and streamlining travel logistics. This role offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment processes and strategic market initiatives within a fast‑paced legal services environment.

Assist RMs in identifying and sourcing potential candidates for IMD roles. Coordinate and schedule meetings with existing IMDs and prospective partners. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow‑up documentation for RM meetings. Track and manage travel itineraries to minimize scheduling conflicts. Conduct market research to support RM go‑to‑market strategies.

Maintain a shared CRM dashboard with up‑to‑date candidate and client information. Draft and proofread outreach emails and recruitment communications. Support the preparation of weekly status reports for the Agency department. Help organize virtual and in‑person recruitment events. Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to RMs as needed.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Law, HR, or related field). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM tools or applicant tracking systems is a plus. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and market research. Professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior stakeholders. Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset. Eligibility to work in the United States.
