QA Engineer

Job Description – QA Tester (Web Testing) We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester with experience in web application testing within the CRM domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a structured testing approach, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for CRM-based web applications. Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for functional and regression testing. Perform web application testing including UI, functionality, usability, and cross-browser testing. Validate CRM workflows, integrations, and customer data processes.

Conduct manual testing and exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality. Log, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or similar systems. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Perform API testing using tools like Postman or similar platforms. Ensure test coverage across multiple environments including staging and production. Support regression cycles and assist in validating releases. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards. Skills Required 3–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, primarily focused on web testing.

Strong experience in manual testing of web-based applications. Experience working with CRM platforms or CRM-driven applications. Good understanding of test case design techniques and defect lifecycle management. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman. Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Understanding of cross-browser testing and responsive web testing. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will be an added advantage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software testing for web applications. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.

Experience working with CRM systems or customer data-driven platforms. Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging web issues. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
