PCB供應商管理SQE

1.New supplier survey and existing supplier audit. 2.Review and drive improvements in supplier material quality : a. SCAR review; b. VLRR/LRR review; c. Supplier process audit/review; d. CIP. 3.Support special task related to supplier quality management (ex. onsite supporting, deal with urgent supplier quality issue and yield monitoring). 4.Assigned task supporting.

要求 / Requirements:

1. 大學以上理工相關科系畢業。
2. 具10年以上PCB供應商管理相關經驗；或具PCB製造廠7年以上產品工程師或品質工程師相關經驗。
3. 熟悉PCB製造工序（包括鑽孔、電鍍、影像轉移、蝕刻、防焊、壓合、表面處理等）及常見失效模式。
4. 熟悉PCB常見失效模式及異常分析。
5. 熟悉IPC-A-600、IPC-6012等PCB相關規範與標準。
6. 具供應商管理或客訴處理經驗。
7. 具Mechanical、Electronic或Optical材料品質管理經驗者佳。
8. 具ISO 9001、QC080000、IATF 16949 Lead Auditor或VDA 6.3 Process Auditor資格者佳。
9. 具良好英文讀寫能力，TOEIC 650分以上。
